We are working with a fantastic comms agency with offices in London, Manchester and Leeds, who are looking for an experienced Senior Account director/Associate Director to work on their Healthcare PR division. 

Responsibilities include:

- Nurture and develop positive relationships with clients as the senior account lead.

- Demonstrate exceptional client management with detailed, clear communication, counsel and strategic recommendations  

- Successfully manage and lead a portfolio of high value, integrated client accounts, including:  

o Ensuring strong delivery and exceeding KPIs
o Owning ongoing strategy and campaign development
o Ideation to keep client activity fresh and engaging.
o Budget ownership and costing for agency delivery, invoicing,etc.
o Ownership of contract renewals to achieve a high client retention rate. 

- Take the lead on evaluation and demonstrating impact from activity delivered, reporting on meaningful metrics for the client, seeking opportunities for commercial upsells to encourage longevity of client relationships.

- Find ways to ‘surprise and delight’ clients to provide added value outside of the day-to-day activity and maintain long-term client partnerships.   

- Work to agreed fee income targets for your client portfolio.
